Basic Meeting Information
The Vermilion Township Board of Trustees meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 PM. The General Business Meeting is conducted on the first Wednesday of the month. The Supplemental Business Meeting is conducted on the third Wednesday of the month, on an as needed basis, to accommodate time sensitive issues and concerns.

Meeting dates are subject to change. Please contact the Vermilion Township office at 440-967-3251, one of your elected trustees, or this official Vermilion Township website to verify date and time. All meetings are conducted at the Vermilion Township Offices: 1907 State Rd., Vermilion, OH 44089, in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Open Meeting Act, ORC 121.22 (F). Meetings are not conducted on dates that coincide with Federal holidays.
Residents who wish to address the Board of Trustees at a regular meeting, a special meeting, and public hearings as an invited guest speaker during the Open to the Audience portion of the meetings must sign the Sign in Sheet before the start of the meeting. Each guest speaker will be allocated up to five minutes to speak. The board may limit the total time allowed for all guest speakers within the limited public forum portion of the meeting to one hour.
